Horrible service. Was at the store on a Saturday and inquired about water filtration system and the sales persons response was" I'm new I don't know about any of the systems." Inquired about a filtration housing because we wanted to purchase a wrench her response when we asked " I'm new I don't know" based on her lack of knowledge, one can only assume she was not provided even rudimentary training

Bad habit of posting "Be right back, don't go away" sign in front door during normal business hours. Very poor service.
