  Never disappointed...salads are crisp and flavourful, fish is grilled to perfection, desserts like creme brule are to die for. Sandy and her husband are very welcoming and do a wonderful job! Best restaurant in the area!

  Excellent! My Mom booked the back room for a large family luncheon to celebrate my father's 85th birthday. The ambience was just right for a great experience and was tastefully decorated. The food was delicious; I was full at the huge ceasar salad and fresh made buns! The rest was beyond awesome. Sandy was a warm and helpful host, making sure each and every one of us were satisfied. Now I know why people keep going back.

  Worst experience in a long time. My wife and I decided to stop for a rare afternoon beer and glass of wine. After a short time we ordered shrimp appetizers with salad that was supposed to come with dipping sauce. Once we received our appetizer we realized we had no cutlery. After waiting a minute or two I grab some off the next table. Once the waitress returned I asked if we could have our dipping sauce and to please hurry as there was only 8 shrimp and didn't want them to get cold. So she promptly went to another vacant table and proceeded to set it up. Then she disappeared and returned some time later after we finished most of our food. When I pointed out my disappointment in having to get our own cutlery and not getting the dipping sauce until the end, she said she was busy! She had 4 tables in all !!! She made no apology and gave me a look as if I was inconveniencing her!. When I went to pay, I saw the owner and pointed this out. She also made excuses for the waitress and charged us full price. The bonus was getting another dirty look from the waitress while I was paying the bill. Don't waist your money or time for a place that treats customers like an inconvenience is my thoughts. Collingwood has so many great places, this is not one of them.

  My wife and I came here early dinner mid-week and the place was quiet. Nice lighting and the sound/music clear and not boomy as some restaurants. Caesar salad as good as my wife makes, potato leak soup tasty with bits of bacon. Main course lobster and steak thick, and decent portion (for $24) . Tender and tasty. Food was fresh, tasty and good portions. Crème brule dessert excellent. All-in-all a good dining experience and we will for sure be back.
